Restaurant Sebastian is in a former stable, over 250 years old. Skilful restoration has retained the original stone walls and traditional Mallorca benches.
In the day there are exceptional views of the mountains and at night the elegant candlelit atmosphere is very relaxed and draws a stylish crowd who feel very much at home.
The chef-owner, Sebastian Pasch specialises in using seasonal fresh produce. He likes to let the flavours of these products speak for themselves. Every now and then he adds a hint of Asia to his dishes but there are always his old favourites – rack of Mallorcan Lamb and Lobster Ravioli to delight his loyal clients.
